Work is progressing well at our new build development in Sheringham, where we’re constructing three high-spec townhouses from the ground up. This project is part of our growing portfolio of modern coastal homes, carefully designed to offer functional living with contemporary style.

Construction Progress
We’re pleased to report that the project is now at the second-floor joists stage. This marks a key milestone in the structural build:
Foundations and ground floor slab have been completed
Block and beam ground floors are in place
First-floor walls and joists have been installed
Second-floor joists are now secured and ready for the next phase
This stage sets the framework for the upper floors, roof structures, and internal configurations of all three homes. Precision at this point is critical, as the layout and load-bearing elements will shape the quality and longevity of the finished properties.
Next Steps
Over the coming weeks, we’ll be moving on to:
Roof construction across all three units
External envelope completion (windows, doors, cladding)
Internal first fix work (plumbing, electrics, partitioning)
